Frequently asked questions.

Clear answers on Research Use Only supply, testing, dispatch, and laboratory handling — without human-use claims.

Are research peptides legal to buy in the UK?
SupplyPeptides supplies peptides strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research use only (RUO), not as medicines or for human consumption. This page is not legal advice — read our RUO explainer and Terms, and seek qualified counsel for organisational decisions.
How are your peptides tested?
Every batch is HPLC-tested to ≥99% purity and mass-spec verified where documented. Certificates of Analysis for current UK stock are published in our COA library and linked from product pages when metafields are populated. Learn how to interpret a COA in our COA guide.
How fast is UK shipping?

Orders placed before the daily cut-off (midday UK time on a business day) typically dispatch the same day via tracked Royal Mail 24 from our UK warehouse. Free tracked delivery applies on qualifying orders over £50.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept manual bank transfer only. Payment instructions are shown at checkout after you place the order. Contact support if you need an invoice workflow for institutional procurement.

How should lyophilised peptides be stored?
Follow the storage notes on the product page and your institutional SOP. We hold stock in temperature-controlled −20°C storage before dispatch. See our peptide storage guide for laboratory handling context.
What is your returns policy?
Because these are specialised research materials, returns follow our Refund Policy. Contact support with your order number before returning any goods.
Do you offer wholesale or volume supply?
Yes. Laboratories needing volume pricing or standing orders can enquire via the wholesale page.
How do I reconstitute a research peptide in the lab?
Use institutional SOPs only. Our reconstitution calculator converts peptide mass and diluent volume into a laboratory concentration — it is not a human dosing tool.
