Where we ship
We ship research materials from UK stock to addresses in the United Kingdom. International shipping is not available by default — contact support if your laboratory needs a specific arrangement.
Dispatch times
Orders placed and paid before 12:00 (midday) UK time on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders after the cut-off, or placed on weekends and UK bank holidays, dispatch on the next business day.
Delivery service
Standard tracked delivery is Royal Mail 24 across the UK, including Saturday delivery where Royal Mail provides it. You will receive tracking once the parcel is handed over to the carrier.
Cold-chain packaging
Peptides are packed in insulated packaging suitable for short UK transit. Refrigerate or freeze on arrival according to the product storage guidance on the Certificate of Analysis and product page.
Free UK delivery
Orders over £50 (before shipping) qualify for free UK tracked delivery. Below that threshold, shipping is calculated at checkout.
Failed delivery and address errors
Please ensure the delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout. Re-delivery or redirection fees caused by incorrect addresses may be charged to the order.
